Man, 49, with bionic penis loses his virginity FOUR YEARS after his operation… and the sex was ‘so incredible they didn’t stop all night’

A BLOKE fitted with a bionic penis has lost his virginity as a man four years after his life-changing operation – and says the sex was “so incredible that they didn’t stop all night”.

After 40 years of living in the wrong body, Lee Carter, of Clacton, Essex, spent three years transitioning from a woman to a man, undergoing five NHS-funded operations costing £60,000.

The 49-year-old met partner Leanne on Facebook in March, and four weeks later the couple had sex for the first time in a hotel last month.

He said: “I waited a long time, but it was worth it.

“It was incredible and we both enjoyed it so much we didn’t stop all night.

“I said I wanted to wait for the right woman and I’m glad I did because Leanne is a beautiful person inside and out and we are so happy.”

Lee’s penis was built using skin from his arm and features a small pump inside a silicone testicle to make him erect.

He had previously claimed that living as a woman for most of his life would make him a good lover – and now Leanne agrees.

Lee told how he’d lived in the wrong body for 40 years

She said: “We were both a bit nervous but it was wonderful.

“I don’t usually talk about sex but I understand people will want to know if it felt normal, and it did, but also very special too.”

The couple met after separated mum-of-two Leanne, 36, contacted Lee – who was born Lisa – on social media, having read about him in the press.

She told him how she had read his story and purchased his book, called Living With Lisa, which details his transition from female to male.

The pair began chatting and after a few days they spoke on the phone.

Lee, an author and film maker, recalled: “We both felt a really strong connection to each other.

“I knew she was the one, and she felt the same.”

Romantic Lee surprised Leanne by driving 200 miles from his home to Leeds and booking into a hotel local to her.

He said: “It just felt right. I had to see her.

“When I called her and told her where I was she came straight over.”

The pair met in the bar and enjoyed a meal and drinks before heading upstairs.

Lee had previously said his knowledge of the female body will make him a great lover

Lee had previously turned down offers of sex since transitioning, because he wanted to meet the right woman to lose his male virginity too.

He said: “I’m glad I waited so long for Leanne.”

His bionic penis was fitted in 2012 and completed his gender transitioning surgery.

Lee said: “I was nervous, but a few beers definitely helped.

“I knew everything worked but it was just because it was the first time with a woman.

“I couldn’t believe it was finally happening and I was losing my virginity as a man, but more importantly with someone whom I cared deeply about and who felt the same about me.”

The happy couple emerged the following morning more committed than ever to their blossoming relationship.

They have since spent weekends together and talk daily.

Childcare worker Leanne said they are even talking about moving in together.

She explained: “Lee is a lovely guy and I am lucky to have met him.

In June 2010 Lee had his breasts removed, before going on to have the phalloplasty to create his penis

“It wasn’t awkward or uncomfortable because I already knew what he had been through from reading his book.

“He’s just a normal guy who also happens to be thoughtful, romantic, sensitive and kind; what’s not to love?

“Things are moving quickly but we both want it all.”

Speaking about Lee’s transition, she said: “I am a straight women, Lee is a man, that’s it as far as I am concerned.

“He’s been open and honest and his past is not a problem for me.

Leanne said she loves the way Lee is still so happy and positive despite everything he has been through

“I love the way he is still so happy and positive despite everything he has been through.

“He had a medical condition which was corrected and that’s it.

“He’s always been a man, he was just in the wrong body, and I couldn’t be happier that he’s finally in the right body or we wouldn’t have met.”

Lee started hormone treatment in May 2009 after deciding that he could not continue to live as a woman.

In June 2010 his breasts were removed, and in November that year he had the phalloplasty to create the penis.

In October 2011, silicone implants created testicles and in April 2012 the pump was fitted to enable erections.
